Below you can find important information about booking, your stay, and our policies.

Booking

Downpayment

Payments may be split into a 50% deposit with the additional 50% due 1 month prior to the stay. Or you may pay up front.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy

Full refund if canceled with 60 days notice, 50% with 30 day notice, Last minute cancellations will be remarketed and if the time slot is rented, a refund will be given.

Damage Deposit

Upon booking, clients agree to a 400$ refundable damage deposit.

House Rules and Policies

Golf Cart

The golf cart is complimentary with the house booking. However, each client must sign the golf cart waiver prior to use. Any and all damage to the golf cart are the responsibility of the tenant. Local Laws for low speed vehicles must be followed. All drivers must be 18+ with a valid drivers license. Golf carts may not be driven on highway 98 and must be driven on the road. Golf carts are not allowed on the bike path.

Check in

The home is accessed via key pad and the code will be given the day of check in. Check in time is 4 pm unless otherwise agreed upon

Early Check in 

We love to be able to offer early check in when possible. However in the case of a same day check out/check in, it may not be possible due to to cleaning company needing several hours to properly clean and sanitize the home.

Check out  

We try to make things as easy as possible for our guests, and only ask that all trash is taken to the outside bins upon check out. Check out is 10 am

​

House Rules

No Events or Parties

Absolutely no smoking 

While we love pets, unfortunately this rental is not pet friendly.

​

Useful information about the home

The home has 2 external ring cameras to monitor the outside of the house when guests aren’t there. They are not monitored during the stay.

​

The upstairs blinds are automatic and can be controled using the remote

​

The thermostat is changed by running your finger up and down on the right side of the thermostat.

​

The kitchen faucet is a fancy hands free one. if the lever is set to "on" you can turn it on and off if you wave your hand to the left

All of the small faucets are filtered water
